Service of F-250 Truck Service was fairly quick. However, they only have one bay to service big trucks. I usually call for appointment to service my truck and they always sa Service was fairly quick. But, I have went there for them to service my truck several times and I have to wait for the truck bay to come open.. Great service with friendly staff. More

Better be careful.. It was an oil change. Service was fairly quick. Clerk who waits on you needs a personality upgrade. As usual, there's usually some pitch to "upsell It was an oil change. I understand that dealerships make their bread and butter on service, and I appreciate honorable, truthful, accurate information pertaining to my vehicle. I was told yesterday, 11/26/18 that there was a coolant leak at the back of the motor between the transmission and motor. It was explained that it "could be burning off on the muffler" is why I'm not seeing anything in my garage floor. I also had an issue with my wipers not parking. They would come on in the lowest setting of interval. Also, my headlights set to auto, were burning during day light. I was told I had to see service dept. for that, and did, while my oil was being changed. Service guy stated that it would be in the middle of next week before they could get to it. I looked at him funny and said, "my windshield wipers won't turn off, is there something I could unplug to solve the issue til then". Shrugs are still free at Vic Bailey. Anyway, back to the coolant leak. I took my vehicle to Brady's alignment and garage. He looked, felt, wiped, and could not detect any sort of leak. I made an appointment with Stott's in Tryon to reset the computer for the column controls. I'm willing to drive from Roebuck, Thursday, 11/29/18 at 0830, instead of Vic Bailey. It's a matter of trust. I'll let you change my oil.....but that's about it. More

Not happy The service department told me to bring the truck in for repair. They kept it for two days and did nothing at all. I had to get the truck back because I needed it over the weekend. So now I have to start all over again. They were very poor about returning my phone calls inquiring about the situation. I am not happy with the service department. They told me they had 106 vehicles to fix. Poor excuse. If that's the case, they shouldn't have set up an appointment for me. I hope my next try is better or I may have to find another dealer. More
