Service Department REVIEW Took my 2018 Explorer Platinum in because the Lane Assist had totally quit working. Jim (my service rep) and Dan (service technician) came to the conc Took my 2018 Explorer Platinum in because the Lane Assist had totally quit working. Jim (my service rep) and Dan (service technician) came to the conclusion that it was the front camera (behind the mirror on the windshield) that was causing the problem. After a few miscues (sent wrong part from supplier) and difficulty get the camera off the windshield it was fixed. All I spent was the time to do the work as it was under warranty. I appreciate all the effort that everyone put into "getting it right" rather than just "getting it done". More

Recent maintenance They did a good job but the last two times I have had my oil change they did not clean all the oil from underneath the car or they spilt some. When it was parked in the garage for a day I noticed oil under the car on the concrete. It was more than a couple of drop had to take a couple of rags to get it clean. They need to do a better job making sure all the oil is cleaned off. More

Service needed I was given an appointment time of 730am. When I arrived they did not let me in until after 730 and then told me they usually do not start till at lea I was given an appointment time of 730am.
