Recall A great dealership to do business with. I bought my mustang at a used dealership. Even though i was there for a recall. They were awesome, customer A great dealership to do business with. And once the car was done a ride back to the dealership. This was amazing, for a single fact that i worked the whole night prior. Highly recommend More
Do they understand the concept of an appointment? Made an appointment to have a couple issues looked at on a 2018 Ford Escape on a Monday morning. They asked if I needed a ride I said no, I have time Made an appointment to have a couple issues looked at on a 2018 Ford Escape on a Monday morning. They asked if I needed a ride I said no, I have time to wait a couple of hours. After an hour and a half I was notified that they checked the A/C and everything was fine and they were beginning to look at the second issue. I thought, wow that is a long time to check temp on A/C. So after another hour of waiting (2 1/2 hours total) I was notified that the hinges on the two back passenger doors would need to be replaced (2nd issue) due to recurring rust/corrosion but they don't have them in stock and I can come back tomorrow (Tuesday) or any other day to replace. Called Tuesday morning said I would be there to have them installed and dropped car off. Said he would call when finished. No call on Tuesday. Called them on Wednesday to see what the hold up is and they have still not got to it. Finally picked up car Wednesday at 5:30. I thought the initial wait the first day to have appointment is unreasonable. I decided to try the service department at Vic Bailey because I have been pleased with the Quick Lane oil change on 4 of our other Fords. I will service elsewhere from now on. More
Humiliating and degrading employee While dealing on a used vehicle, I went to the closest bathroom. The manager berated and admonished me for using the Vic Bailey bathroom facility. He also told me to never come back again. And if you have health problems, you should not be out in public. Frenchy was the only employee that understood my condition. So if you're disabled or military, I would not recommend this dealer. More

I called the the Vic Bailey Ford service department, Wayne looked up the vehicle information and we scheduled a appointment. I expressed the fact that I needed the truck back as soon as possible. Wayne said he would get them right on it. A few hours later I received a voicemail, the truck was complete and I could pick it up any time. Excellent customer service I scheduled my Ford F-150 for recall service work. Ms. Belcher with the service department was able to schedule this work promptly.
