poor service TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR OIL CHANGE, THAT WENT GREAT, THE SERVCE WRITER CALED AND STATED THAT THAT BATTERY WAS WEAK AND NEEDED TO BE CHANGED, I WAS TOLD TH TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR OIL CHANGE, THAT WENT GREAT, THE SERVCE WRITER CALED AND STATED THAT THAT BATTERY WAS WEAK AND NEEDED TO BE CHANGED, I WAS TOLD THAT MY BATTERY WAS A 100 MONTH BATTERY WITH A WARRANTY- I COULD USE THE WARRANTY TO PRORATE THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY AT A COST OF 60.00$ AND NOT HAVE A WARRANTY ON THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY. I WAS TOLD IF THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY FAILED NEXT WEEK THE TOTAL COST WULD BE ON ME. OR I COULD PAY FULL PRICE ON THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY AND GET A NEW WARRANTY ON THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY. I ASK THE SERVICE WRITER WITH THIS CHOICE WHAT GOOD IS THE WARRANTY IF I WILL BE PENALIZED WHEN I USE IT. IN MY EXPERIENCE I HAVE NEVER RAN INTO THS SITUATION WITH BATTERY PLUS, ADVANCE AUTO OR O'RIELEY AUTO STORE WHEN I PURCHASED A BATTERY OR HAD TO HAVE ONE PRORATED. WITH THIS SITUATION. I HAVE BOUGHT MY LAST BATTERY FROM VIC BAILEY FORD. ALSO THE SERVICE WRITER ATTEMPTED TO SELL ME NEW TIRES AND GAVE ME THE PRICES AND SHEET WITH GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICE IN TOWN. I CALLED DISCOUNT TIRE-BEAT VIC BAILEY PRICE BY $60.00, 2ND CALL TO TIREAMA IN SPARTANBURG-BEAT VIC BAILEY PRICE BY $100.00 for the set. THIS EXPERIENCE WILL MAKE ME THINK TWICE ABOUT HAVING WORK DONE AT VIC BAILEY FORD AGAIN. More

Consistently a great service experience Recently my Lincoln MKC was showing some intermittent problems. Indicators, sound indicators and starting issue. I reached out to the dealership and Recently my Lincoln MKC was showing some intermittent problems. Indicators, sound indicators and starting issue. I reached out to the dealership and spoke with Wayne. Wayne requested possibly collecting some information about the indicators the car was providing and to please get him the information. The next day I relayed the collected information to Wayne. He said he would review it and get back to me. Later that day Wayne called and said it most likely, as we expected was the car battery and would set up a an appointment. While doing so he informed me he would be off after that day, but he would hand off the info. He informed me that is was most likely going to be covered by the warranty. The next day we dropped it off the night before. Tim took over the service request. Knew all that was to be done and needed to be checked. Later that day he called left me a voice mail that my car was ready. Went by and picked it up. Tim had the paperwork ready, keys in hand went and grabbed my car. The service manager came out and spoke with me while I waited for car. He showed me where to sign the paperwork. With a smile on his face said this one is on us. Great service and great people. More
