Service Everything is always done well and efficient . The staff is pleased and helpful. My only issue is this new ford pass. I have money I could of used on my service but it’s very complicated to redeem. I found that not to be user friendly for the staff as well as for me. I would suggest this gets some attention. Turns out the system could be turned off and on on the turn signal post. Did not know that but apparently I had turned it off inadvertently. VB Ford spent some time on finding the fault but did not charge me for my own mistake. That is the kind of service that I will drive 25+ miles to have when needed. More
