I would recommend you use a different dealer. This one knows no bounds when it comes to greed. I purchased three vehicles there in about a four year period. The last was a Lincoln MKS. I was told the code knows no bounds when it comes to greed. I purchased three vehicles there in about a four year period. The last was a Lincoln MKS. I was told the code for the keyless entry pad would be on a card in the owners manual. It was not. I returned the vehicle and was told to go the service department. They told me I would have to pay $100 for them to retrieve the code, whether I bought the car there or not. Is there no end to the poorer than poor service? I think not! More
