Terrible I had an appointment for 9:20 yesterday, they finally took my car in at 9:50. After 2 hour wait car was done. I wanted to use my For Owner Advantag I had an appointment for 9:20 yesterday, they finally took my car in at 9:50. After 2 hour wait car was done. I wanted to use my For Owner Advantage I had over 100.00 dollars last checked. when they brought up my account it was empty. I have been going to this dealer for 9 years and never had a break in service for or 549 days. I just reviewed all my receipts no long laps in service No one ever contacted me before the cancellation took place. I am requesting my money returned to my account! Also my last visit was the same thing over 3 hours service then had to tell the service rep the car was ready. Same thing this time everyone is walking around with a clip board and paper. No more casher! Looks like a few service reps are doing all the work. looks like short handed skimping.Yesterday is my last visit to this dealer, heading to Spring Hill. More

Incomplete service. Recently had my Cadillac serviced at your business. The next day the "Low On Oil" warning started flashing on. Checked the oil level and it was over Recently had my Cadillac serviced at your business. The next day the "Low On Oil" warning started flashing on. Checked the oil level and it was over a half quart low. Within a week the light indicating the car was overheating came on. I let the engine cool and drove across the street to Goodyear. They checked, as had I that there were no fluids escaping. After it had totally cooled, they checked and the coolant was over a half gallon low. This all happened within two weeks of visiting your facility. Obviously someone is checking the form but not checking the car. Shame on you. I plan to buy a new vehicle by the end of the year but it won't be from your facility. If you can't service a vehicle correctly, how could I ever trust you. More

Back in this past November back up in Cape May Court House, NJ I had a part replaced in my car door. It opened from the outside but not from the inside. They told me my warranty was limited and I had to pay $289.00 plus tax. My service manager down here in Port Ritchey told me I have premium warranty and I should have only had to pay the $100.00 deduction. Thiis manager down here "Lee Oztolaza was extremely helpful More
