Thanks Tech Ernie and Service Man. T.J. Squirrels ate one of my coolant hoses. Overheating could have been catastrophic. I brought my 2014 Fusion to Ford of Port Richey for repair. A prefor Squirrels ate one of my coolant hoses. Overheating could have been catastrophic. I brought my 2014 Fusion to Ford of Port Richey for repair. A preformed hose had to be replaced. The bad news was that it would take 3 to 5 days to get the new hose and do the replacement. The long shipping time was not the fault of this dealership. When it did arrive, the work was done promptly and well by Ernie the tech. Service Manager T.J. and Assistant Service Manager Frances were very helpful and understanding. Thanks, guys! My only concern was the long wait for the new hose. I'm confident that it was not the fault of this dealership. I feel that ford Motor Company needs to improve its speed of parts shipping. More

Excellent customer service. Frank in the service center was very helpful in getting repairs done to our 2002 Ford f250. We were able to prioritize what needed done immediately and what could wait a little while. No pressure to do elective repairs but I will go back. We had the problem taken care of quickly and the wait was not long. Frank was exceptional and I knew our truck was in excellent hands.
