oil change Went for oil change. told them I had a coupon, it was not applied and they had to re-price while I had to wait. Service center not friendly or timely When I arrived at the service department I waited at my truck for at least five minutes and no one came to greet me at my truck. I walked over to one When I arrived at the service department I waited at my truck for at least five minutes and no one came to greet me at my truck. I walked over to one of the service advisors and asked him that I needed a oil change. He said he would be right with me as soon as he took care of the lady it was parked next to me. I told him I had been there longer than her. He then said oh I’m sorry nobody greeted you and I said no they did not. He did all the paperwork and said it would be an hour. It took over two hours to get in will change totally ridiculous. When I was done he said sorry took so long one of the managers stop everyone from working and had a meeting in the middle of my oil change. Not sure how you can justify that I won’t be coming back anytime soon. My time is valuable and it should not take two hours to get an oil change. More

Completely terrible Took my 2017 f150 4x4 in because the 4x4 wasn't engaging, was told that my warranty was void because of a front leveling kit ( I purchased from Ford ) Took my 2017 f150 4x4 in because the 4x4 wasn't engaging, was told that my warranty was void because of a front leveling kit ( I purchased from Ford ) had caused my actuators to fail. And that I had a torn ball joint boot that also wasn't covered. I ended up taking it to a real Ford repair shop who did the repairs completely under warranty same day, Mark Stults from Flammer Ford took care of my vehicle when Ford of port richey tried charging me. Wouldn't take anything back to this dealer. More
