Ford of Port Richey was awesome from getting a very competitive price without playing games to getting good financing and receiving excellent customer service . The general manager Joe Petrillo was personally involved in the sale and showed that he was friendly, helpful and professional. Jay Keepes did an excellent job securing competitive financing and explaining all of the documents. My salesman Steve Bretz was personable and caring. When the sale was concluded he said our customer service relationship isn't ending it is just starting. He has proven that by calling several times making sure that I was happy and offering to spend time together to be sure I had all the information on my awesome new Mustang GT. Steve on his off day, not only came in, but stayed even after closing. He was very patient and professional allowing me to work with my bank after everyone has left for the night. Although car shopping seems stressful, Steve kept it fun and helped me get into this Focus that I've sought after for some time, while getting me the most money possible on my trade in.
