She gathered the required information and turned it over to Michael Stanton who called me and we basically worked the deal over email. We drove the 45 minutes to the dealer following the last email chain and drove the car while they appraised mine. I got top dollar on trade and was very pleased. At that point we began the delivery and finance process and drove home in our new Edge. I high recommend this dealer. When we need another car we wont hesitate to drive the 45 minutes. More

Above and beyond! Best buying experience ever! Steve found us walking the parking lot looking for the car we wanted.
