Typical.ford let down Not a good experience and waste of time and energy. They know they have a 🍋 lemon with the fiesta but continue to waste everyone's time and energy wi Not a good experience and waste of time and energy. They know they have a 🍋 lemon with the fiesta but continue to waste everyone's time and energy with ridiculous service rules. the crap clutch on the transmission that they just replaced still makes loud grinding noises, doesn't down shift properly, and sounds worse than when I brought it in....saying we have to drive it this way while it has a 1000 Mile "break in"period... Really¿??? Let's hope it doesn't break or lunge forward and cause an accident in the next 1000 miles.... Stupid rule and dangerous. I never liked Ford, gave it a chance with this last fiesta purchase and learned first hand why it was the dumbest thing I ever did and definitely regret. Service dept Tracy was nice but since car was returned the first time with broken seat and obviously not test driven before making me come back for no reason I have very bad feelings for competency for the whole organization.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD PRODUCT! More
