Steve Bretz took great care of me as my sales person, took me to exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle. He showed me 3 different Escapes at three different price points. Starting with the one I had looked at online (which was the higher priced one), then two other lower priced. Steve explained the positives of each of the choices. It turned out the one I originally thought I wanted had a couple of perks that I really didn't need, that made the price higher. This made it obvious that the next one down in price made the best sense for me. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, given great choices and the relevant information needed to make the decision for myself. Overall an easy, comfortable experience. I usually hate the whole buying a car thing, feeling pressured, pushed in a direction, etc. None of this happened! It was a pleasure, start to finish and I drove away very happy just a few hours later. Steve took great care of me, told me everything i needed to know to make a good choice, and also kept me entertained while I was waiting for all the paperwork to be processed. He also made it very clear that going forward, I can come to him with any and all concerns regarding my new vehicle. I purchase the vehicle and not the extended warranty only to have battery problems within the first week. I called and made a service appointment, and talked to my salesman. My Escape was taken in on time and repaired promptly! The general manager picked up the cost of the battery and installation. I was blown away.
