Although the process took a very long time, all of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I loved my vehicle that I was trading in, so much that I had to have another like it. What was amazing is that I got the exact same truck, same color, year, and make but with a lot less miles. I was so concerned that I would get back into my old one by mistake. Angela took the extra effort to make sure I had everything needed on the vehicle, and even mailed me the stuff that I left in my old one. I kept my old truck so long because I did not like anything on the market, and did not want to have to go thru the pressure of sales people when looking for a new one. I have bought over 8 vehicles in my day, my last new one was in 2010. I was very pleased with the atmosphere of this dealership. My only criticism was the length of time that is took and the process of the sale of warranties at the end of a very long day. But Angela and Larry, you guys were great! More
