Typical.ford let down Not a good experience and waste of time and energy. They know they have a 🍋 lemon with the fiesta but continue to waste everyone's time and energy with ridiculous service rules. the crap clutch on the transmission that they just replaced still makes loud grinding noises, doesn't down shift properly, and sounds worse than when I brought it in....saying we have to drive it this way while it has a 1000 Mile "break in"period... Really¿??? Let's hope it doesn't break or lunge forward and cause an accident in the next 1000 miles.... Stupid rule and dangerous. I never liked Ford, gave it a chance with this last fiesta purchase and learned first hand why it was the dumbest thing I ever did and definitely regret. Service dept Tracy was nice but since car was returned the first time with broken seat and obviously not test driven before making me come back for no reason I have very bad feelings for competency for the whole organization.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD PRODUCT! More

I went in for a oil change when I went in for an oil change as usual. It was not as good as I thought but then. My 2017 Mustang Convertible I had an opportunity to use my step brother's Ford discount but was unable to get in contact with him. My salesman, Alex Marrero, did everything he co I had an opportunity to use my step brother's Ford discount but was unable to get in contact with him. My salesman, Alex Marrero, did everything he could to get me the best deal. When I hesitated due to the monthly payment he pushed to find further discounts and succeeded. Alex and Jay Keepes, were even patient when my family members interrupted our business transaction multiple times and understanding when I held off on the deal for 24 hours after getting initial paperwork signed. I didn't feel like just another customer and sincerely felt he was interested in making me happy by doing what ever it took to get me into the car I wanted so badly. I truly appreciate his efforts and would absolutely recommend him to others. Ford of Port Richey took excellent care me and made car buying much less stressful. Thanks guys!!! More
