Your service STINKS!!!!!! I brought my truck in for service a few weeks back for a water leak on the passenger front side floor. I was told it was the windshield leaking. When I brought my truck in for service a few weeks back for a water leak on the passenger front side floor. I was told it was the windshield leaking. When I picked up my truck after two days and finding my own ride to get there and after I found my truck they didn't no were it was parked. I got into my truck to go home an was totally shocked. The in side had dirt all over the passenger seat an the dash some kind of a rapper stuck in the side mirror. There was still water on the floor,The windshield was so filthy I had to clean it off to see, I started to drive it over to the service area in stead I just went home, I mean the truck had been here for two days an this is how they take care of my truck why complain they showed they don t care. So after cleaning the inside an outside of my truck an soaking up as much water as I could and drying everything out. And spending about ten minutes to find the leak( Its coming from the back ). Ill Have it repaired my self. And one other thing I sent the GM an email never responded. Thanks for the great service!!!LOL!!!!!!! PS I have pictures if you would like to see them More

He answered all my questions that day then never pushed me to buy on the spot, I do not like that when a dealership is all about pressure. From that day on I must have text and called Marek 20 times over different questions and concerns about buying a new F-150 truck for my wire. He went as far as holding the truck I wanted until I checked everything from size of my garage, insurance, trade-in, colors and options and work with me to surprise my wife. Then when getting close to buying I met Lou the manager Wow another great guy. I brought in my wife's expedition for a trade in value, to my surprise Lou gave me top dollar for the suv, so I used it as a trade in. I was expecting to sell it on my own but did not have to now. Everyone I met tonight at the dealership all the way thru the purchase went out of their way to make us happy. We were thrilled tonight when we left Ford of port richey with my wife's new truck. Not sure if I would have bought if Marek had not answered his phone and text messages on his days off and after hours just to make sure I got everything I wanted in this truck. This is the dealership I choose from now on and will refer everyone that needs a new or used vehicle to Marek. Thanks Guys! More

When Steve makes an appointment for you he is always on time and warns you if the task will take quite sometime and you shouldn't to prevent you from sitting around wasting your time waiting for it to finish. Steve is also very knowledgeable diagnosing an issue not once have I had to return my truck because issue wasn't fixed. I respect Steves professionalism and knowledge so much that I bring my wife's vehicle in for him to service and repair. Thanks for everything Steve More

The salesman, Jack Duffie was prompt and listened to our intentions, then offered a solution that was extremely professional and without pressure. The Manager, Michael Stanton was equally pleasant and readily available to explain their offer and allow us to make an intelligent decision.
