Fast, professionals, very helpful! I went in for an oil change, after the oil change, told service rep that my turn signals were not working, he grabbed a tool, replaced the bulbs, I went in for an oil change, after the oil change, told service rep that my turn signals were not working, he grabbed a tool, replaced the bulbs, charged me for parts only! Unsatisfactory I have been charged $700 over two visits on a problem that remains unresolved. I am now being told that it is an “outside influence” problem with a su I have been charged $700 over two visits on a problem that remains unresolved. I am now being told that it is an “outside influence” problem with a suggestion that where I parked the car and possibly left the convertible top down as being the cause of the problem. Essentially, no further attempt to solve the problem. Unsatisfactory. I will be contacting the customer assistance center to seek a better answer to my problem. More
