Exceptional Service After a check engine light appeared I drove immediately to Ford of Port Richey. The wait was less than 5 minutes to speak with Toni, my service advis After a check engine light appeared I drove immediately to Ford of Port Richey. The wait was less than 5 minutes to speak with Toni, my service advisor. Told Toni we were on a compressed time schedule for we were heading to our NY home in a day and a half. Toni said they would go through our F-150 to make sure it was safe for the 1200 mile trip. After a thorough review of our vehicle, Toni called to inform us of a few safety concerns as well as the repair required by the check engine light. We approved the work and the technician commenced work. To meet our schedule the tech worked late to have our vehicle ready for the trip. We are in our NY home and our vehicle performed like new. Thanks to Toni and the dedicated technician(s) who worked tirelessly to meet our schedule and, above all, made sure our transit to NY was safe and without any further discrepancies. Taken good care of. 5 Star Service. Parts gets 3 Star. 3rd times a charm. New Abs unit failed 3 Times. On top of that the rest of my brake system decided to fail. Each on 5 Star Service. Each on a separate visit. $4000 later and multiple visits I have a new brake system. Each time my service agent , Toni Governale, made sure I was taken care of with a rental they paid for and she also kept me up to date in a timely fashion on the repairs. More
