One suggestion I would make about service is when giving an estimate include for the customer a statement about shop charges. In my last service my bill at the end was $35 more than I was given for an estimate by Toni. The difference was shop charges. I feel that I should have been told about this when I asked for an estimate for my service. This was not mentioned but it was a surprise when I finally paid my bill. I would have appreciated knowing about this included charge before deciding whether I wanted to go ahead with all the service that I needed. This is just a suggestion to keep your customers happy and not feeling that the service estimate was in some way padded. More

The wait time for anything is extensive, but with the donuts, espresso, popcorn, comfy leather seats and big screen TV it's tough to complain. More
Steve is awesome Steve is always great. Had a few issues during this visit that he addressed; arrived at 8:30 for appointment for oil change and new spark plugs and wh Steve is always great. Had a few issues during this visit that he addressed; arrived at 8:30 for appointment for oil change and new spark plugs and when I finally got my car at 3.30 something was not right. Come to find out 2 of the new spark plugs were bad. Not sure how that could be missed as it was obvious to me as soon as I started the car. Took another 30 minutes to get my car back. Steve did get me a loaner so I could get something to eat and pick up a package. Also was not planning on spending entire day there. Car is now making a funny rattle occasionally. Sounds like something is lose or cap not put on correctly. Unfortunately I do not have any time to bring her back in for at least 3 weeks. More
