Car computer gone bad We had our Grand Marquis at a local shop for repair. After installing a new fuel pump the car still would not start. I spoke with Becky at your service department and told her our mechanic said it was a computer problem and to find a Ford dealer. We contacted Becky and she was just amazing. We told her we were flying out in 5 days and could she get it to a mechanic ASAP. Becky not only got it in (and you were quite busy) but called us with updates and got the job done a day early. Becky was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and deserves alot of credit for the job she does. More

Good Service experience I came in for a recal and my transmission was shifting hard into 2nd gear. They did puncture one of my tires but got me a new one within an hour or tw I came in for a recal and my transmission was shifting hard into 2nd gear. They did puncture one of my tires but got me a new one within an hour or two. It went pretty smooth overall. Only bad thing is I have a certified ford warranty and they tried to charge me a $100 deductible to diagnose my transmission. I said no bc the truck only has 44k miles, transmission shouldn’t have any problems. The recall was for the transmission and that fixed the problem. Overall I was happy with the experience. They had free donuts and coffee in the waiting room and a large screen tv. More
