This experience was good, very bad in the past though We previously had a terrible experience where two obvious problems were not only not fixed, but we were told there was no problem. We went to the othe We previously had a terrible experience where two obvious problems were not only not fixed, but we were told there was no problem. We went to the other Ford dealer in Wesley chapel and they fixed those problems. This time at Ford of Port Richey was much better. Toni was polite and listened to me describe the problem. She called later in the day, described the issue and gave us the option to leave the car or take it back until the parts were there, I'm glad she offered this because in the past with other dealers we've kind of had to fight for it and they acted like they were doing us a favor by allowing it. The car was done early and Chrissy called us to let us know which was very convenient and we really appreciated it. Toni and Chrissy were both awesome. This visit really redeemed this place for us, if it can stay consistent that would be awesome. More

Don't Bother Making An Appointment, They Don't Honor Them! My husband is very earnestly looking to purchase an F-150. After searching online he found a truck he was interested in at Ford of Port Richey Florida My husband is very earnestly looking to purchase an F-150. After searching online he found a truck he was interested in at Ford of Port Richey Florida, took the time on his lunch break to contact a salesman and set up an appointment for between 5:00 and 5:30 arrival time because he gets out of work at 4:00 and we live at least 45 minutes away. We arrived on time at 5:30 was told the salesman Don Graham was closing a deal and another salesman would assist us. He took our information and said he was going to bring the truck upfront for us to see. He came back without the truck and told us it was sold at 5:00! We were told it was "first come first served" A fact the salesman neglected to make clear when he MADE AN APPOINTMENT with us to test drive this vehicle. My husband could have worked later making overtime, we could have gone elsewhere to look at other vehicles if this salesman had the courtesy to text or call letting us know that this vehicle was no longer available! Or don't make an appointment because it is whoever gets there first. But this is a common practice at auto dealerships, double booking is meant to optimize their ability to sell. It is based on greed and is extremely inconsiderate, like their time is more valuable than yours is! So be aware, when you go to buy a vehicle at this dealership or any other, the salesman in front of you is not your friend and he is not doing you a favor by selling you the vehicle of your choice. More
