Erica Harvey was exceptional, very attentive and helped us relocate from our old 2018 F150 to the 2021 F150. Nick was fair on the difference in on evaluating my trade of the 2018 F150. Finance department w us relocate from our old 2018 F150 to the 2021 F150. Nick was fair on the difference in on evaluating my trade of the 2018 F150. Finance department was a totally different experience. The finance department was a nightmare there was $3943.00 added to my contract that I did not consent to. The finance person conveniently gave me a blank USB drive that was supposed to contain my contract. I only found these additional charges after the financing appeared on my bank statement. I was very specific that I did not want any extended warranties or services. I have twice contacted the dealership and they told me that the services and warranty has been cancelled. This was done about six weeks ago and the credits still have not appeared at my bank. My advice is that if you use this dealer get the paperwork AND the USB. Apparently the "extra" service plan and warranty was added after I had signed the contract. More
