When I brought it in I experienced quite a bit of annoyance from the service writer. Very argumentative about the ECM malfunction and how long the repair would take, I was leaving it anyway so the time element didn't even matter. Well it didn't take 3 days like the service writer insisted, only took 2 hours for a come get your car call, it's been repaired. At that time I told the young lady on the phone that if they wanted to, see if it needed any maintenance done, couldn't get there before 5:00 anyway. At pick up I was with a different service writer, gave me a list of $3,000 worth of repairs that were needed immediately. I passed on those repairs and the headlights now worked like new. 4 Months later headlights, dash lights and running lights all go out. I bring it back to Ramp and leave it to be repaired. A few hours later I'm told on the phone that they checked all the relays, fuses, and wiring for the ECM box and can't find any problem related to this recalled and replaced ECM box. He claimed that there is another electrical problem that will cost between $3,000 and $5,000 to locate and possibly fix, they charge by the hour plus parts. I passed on their offer for exploratory surgery. Now here's the kicker, I get there at 7:00pm, keys are with a new car salesman because the service dept. closes at 6. As I start driving I turn the light switch, they turn on, the lights are fixed, DaDa they fixed it. So the next morning I call, I wanna thank them, but I'm told that the service writer is busy and can't pick up the phone. Although I left my number again, just in case, no one calls me back. 5 Hours later I try to reach him again, nope, no luck, he's busy and can't pick up the phone. Then I leave a message for Ramps manager who never returns my call either. Here I am trying to thank Ramp for fixing the electrical problem but they're afraid to call me because they think I'm calling to complain! I'd think twice before going to Ramp. PS, all that $3,000 suggested maintenance they said should be done, wasn't really needed. More

Incompetent Ordered a new key. When they “programmed it”, it wouldn’t open or close the doors and trunk remotely. I tried returning it, but the manager and owner Ordered a new key. When they “programmed it”, it wouldn’t open or close the doors and trunk remotely. I tried returning it, but the manager and owner refused to refund the money. They programmed it again, and it worked, but in the process they deactivated my prior key!!! (Which was working just fine until then). And BTW they charged $268 (!!!!!) for the new key, after telling me it over the phone it was going to cost ~$6& ! They charge for tge key in “2 pieces” but they omitted to tell me the full price. Same dealership deactivated the remote starter when they installed the car alarm for over $700 last year. The owner offered an apology and asked if he could make me a cup of coffee, but refused to refund the $268 paid for the new key! More

Unfortunately they are unable to "Service what they sell", it takes an extraordinary amount of time to get a service visit. Again they're nice guys but they haven't enough staff to get the jobs done. I have a 2016 F 250 with an ignition failure (it happens) that would be covered by warranty. Now I have to pay someone else to fix or go to a dealer with adequate staff cause Ramp can't get to it in less than a week. More

From the moment I walked in and was immediately acknowledged with a great warm smile by Wayne R. and Tom P to the moment I left, keys in hand, thanks to Charile in finance, I could have never imagined Ramp Ford would make my car experience so simple. These three men went above and beyond in helping me, a single mom, secure a safe vehicle for myself and three little ones. They took the time to explain things to me I didn't quite understand and made themselves fully available without producing any feelings of pressure. Thank you to everyone at Ramp Ford for all you do. As a former Mercedes customer, I'm not really sure what took me so long to make the switch to Ramp Ford but I'm glad I finally did. If you are looking for a great vehicle at a great price, with unmatched, honest, customer service...hands down this is the place to go. More

When I met with Dan Iovino my salesmen he was very engaging. He listend to what type of car I wanted, and the price range I was looking for. I test drove 2 different makes, Fusion and Taurus. I loved the Taurus. The price Dan gave me was excellent. He was took his time and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would definitly buy my next car from him. As a female buyer I was please to be treated with respect. Which is not always the case. When it is time to get a new car I will go back to Ramp and to Dan. Absolute nonsense. I knew this was going to happen. I had went to my saleman 6 months prior to returning my lease and he said "no worries", "they are great with lease returns", "youll be fine" (Rob Smith). And sure enough $1400 they are charging me after 39 lease payments. I gave them a fortune in lease payments and returned the car in great shape. I was in their administrative office explaining my situation and that I was a unsatified customer. They did NOTHING and got nasty with me. Steve rampone standing right there and he did NOTHING, not one word. I said Im a unhappy customer, my customer satisfaction is very low. They did nothing. Sorry sir heres your bill for $1400 dollars. After all Ive given to them, they couldnt do anything for me. Plus their service stinks and those guys never give you an explination for anything. They told me they redirected a hose for me and it cost $275. The people there are scam artists. They lie and take your money without any justification. They have no customer loyalty. They dont take care of their unhappy customers. I am never going back to ramp for EVER. Horrible business practice. I highly recommend NOT GOING TO RAMP FORD!!!! More
