Service manager was going to charge me $1722. 00 plus parts and tax for repair that was under warranty. I called Ford Corp. and explained my problem. Leaking plastic oil pan again. They called Pt.Jeff ford and corrected NO cost ... under warranty. The service manager would never call me to update me or tell me when to pick-up truck. Radio silence. Had the truck for almost a week...I had to go in for updates or call to find out any information about repair completion/and to replace plastic pan with a metal pan which I found in Smithtown Ford for $147. William replaced with another Plastic Pan and told me at pick up that to get warranty I needed to use the same replacement part ( plastic pan ). William was annoyed I called Ford Corp in the first place. He told me next time to go to Brattleboro Vermont Ford where he used to work since truck is registered in Vermont. I'll go to Sayville Ford service who first told me truck was under warranty. More

Visited service dept. on 3/21 and made a recall, WAIT FOR appointment with Fernando for April 8th,, he said it will be confirmed b email, no paperwork needed. Email confirmation came, but no mention of TYPE of appointment. Showed up on April 8th, he said I made a DROP OFF appointment, which I did NOT and asked for a 'card" that he did not give me. I understand this is a zero charge recall service, but I am sure Ford reimburses the dealer. Looks like they look for any excuse to delay service, very disappointed and will NEVER set foot in this dealership. Dishonest people! More

I’ll start by saying Jiovanni at the dealership is excellent if the entire place was king and attentive to his customers like he is there would be no complaints. With that being said, I would never reccomend ford of port jeff. I have been a long time ford customer as well as my family. On august 24th I dropped my car off and was told I needed a new transmission (covered under warranty) and was told it would take 10 days but they had no rental or courtesy vehicles available at the time and I’d have to get one on my own. After speaking to ford directly they told me part of my warranty was a 10 day rental car so I paid out of pocket for that. After the 10 days I called to check in on the status of my vehicle as my rental car was due back for return and they told me they had not gotten a chance to even look at my car yet. I calmly and understandably extended my rental and called back 5 days later to learn they still haven’t worked on my car. Long story short I needed the rental for 30 days and needed to hound the dealership on the status I couldn’t even get a call back from the service manager . I finally picked my car up on September 27th. And was told to speak to the dealership service manager in order to get them to extend the period of my reimbursement when my fiancé and I asked if he was in he was standing right at the desk and said that’s me, and extremely condescendingly told us he’d call us when he finds out what he can do. It is now November 2nd and I have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership. On top of that a week and half after picking my car up I’m having an issue with the splash guard underneath my car that was fine when I dropped it off. So now I am out of my rental reimbursement of over $1,000 bc of the laziness of the dealership and I need to get something that they did wrong fixed elsewhere. My fiancé and I were both looking to purchase a new ford after our wedding and we will Not being doing that. It is not March and I still am Given the run around by both the dealership and ford corporate. More
Vinny, Paul and everyone at Ford of Port Jeff were beyond amazing! I went in not knowing if I could get out of my lease to completely financing a 2023 Ford Bronco. And I love my car. I had a problem with the blower motor running intermittently , in my 2017. Expedition . The blower motor was replaced under a recall order , but the problem continued . I knew the problem was also with the blower resister and it's connecter , I showed the technician when I moved the connecter the blower would run ! He had to schedule another appointment to do that repair because the part was not in stock. He then called me and told me the repair wasn't covered under the recall ,and quoted me a price of $845 !!! I refused the service because that price was a total ripoff ! I purchased the resistor and connector for $93 and replaced it myself in under an hour !They would have overcharged me around $500 !!! More

They will leave you sitting at work at 5 pm w no vehicle and not call you back as to wether you should get a ride or not . xxx. , And they are all Worst of PROFESSIONAL GASLIGHTERS IN BUSINESS. . I saw an old couple in showroom crying at one point Professional tennis players bouncing ball somewhere else. all blaming other department. Not them it’s them. Not them you’d have to speak w them. No connection in the business. They don’t stand behind a product they don’t even know. They are all new from Hyundai and I get they impression they just care about making Quota and raking in every cent to meet each others needs to pay for their fancy cars and homes . You may get lored in by a soft salesman. It’s Simple. Ask Simple questions. If you can’t get simple answers there’s a major problem. That’s were I went wrong. Ford should be ashamed and do a better job overseeing who sells their vehicles These people do NOT work for you. You work for them and clearly will pay their bills ! I know my grammar here sucks. I don’t write reviews often but my blood boils to think of how I’ve been treated . I’d be better off buying from Joe Shmoe down rd Literally Sneaky slimy greasy and if they don’t clearly get the upper hand on their clientele they will make you pay. More
I purchased a 2015 gmc terrain from ramp ford in November I paid 15,000 cash for it . I had it for 2 weeks and had to bring it back to them to fix a faulty tire sensor light . I finally called them and they said they could not get the part and it was there for another 2 weeks . After them having my car for one month I got it back and drove it for 4 months and the motor blew . I called them and they said they would not do anything for me . I had to rent a car spend 1300 hundred dollars for 4 weeks while my motor was being fixed for 6400 dollars . They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with . They sell bad cars at top dollar and do not stand behind their cars ! Horrible horrible people ! I will make sure to tell every single person I know not to go there . More
Called and talked to Mike about purchasing a new car listed on their website. I told him the car was listed for on the website he informed me that not the right price and it was $2,000 over the price li listed on their website. I told him that was false advertising, he then informed me everyone was doing. I called 2 other dealers about cars neither of them tried to overcharge me. This dealership is a scam More
