The salesman even suggested that I could just subscribe to Spotify for $15 a month and stream over my phone. Not an option for a brand-new vehicle that I haven't made a payment on yet. I called the service department to verify the part they "ordered" was received, and the person who took my call had to talk to a mechanic to look for the part. This visit on 01Apr will be the fourth visit to get this problem fixed. I received a follow up call from the service manager Wade and we had a lengthy discussion concerning my issues. We came up with a gameplan after explaining the process that Ford goes thru to repair their vehicles. More

Today I picked up my F150 that was in for service for an oil leak and I'm not happy with the SERVICE I got. When I scheduled the work that was needed I was contacted by a by Timmy Woods from the Service Dep oil leak and I'm not happy with the SERVICE I got. When I scheduled the work that was needed I was contacted by a by Timmy Woods from the Service Department who told me the work that needed to be done to correct the oil leak would take a week, I said fine do the work but can you send me the list of work needed to be done. I didn't receive the information I asked for for two weeks until I made a complaint. After a week I called and spoke to Tim and he said that my vehicle was apart and it wont be ready until Friday 3/20. Ok, so now I had to extend my rental from Enterprise another week that costing me $406.00 a week. I received a call from Laure regarding a Survey I took stating I wasn't too happy and she wanted to talk to me to see how they could make it right. I called back on Friday 3/20 to speak to Laure and I was given a gentlemen who's name I forgot his name but he was the Service Manager and he said that he would looking to my My truck. Well he called me back and he said my truck is apart and it won't be ready until Monday. I received a call on Monday from the Service Manager who said hey are still working on on my Truck and it probable won't be done until Wednesday 3/25, so I extended my rental again for another week. On Wednesday I got a call that everything was put back together but when they took it for a ride it was leaking oil still so they have to fix the problem and my truck won't be ready until Thursday 3/26 sometime around 10:30am, the service manager also stated that he was going to give me a discount for all the problems and the amount of time without my truck, I said OK thanks. Thursday 3/26 at 10:30am I picked up my truck and got a bill for $3,774.07. I asked the person who was helping me if there was a discount, he said yes $200.00 Military Discount. The way the Service Manager said I'm going to give you a discount for my troubles I felt it should of been something worthwhile for my troubles, $200.00 didn't even cover the Taxes I paid, it didn't cover the extra $600.00 I had to pay to extend my rental. Prior to me picking up my vehicle they could of asked, knowing it's going to take longer then a week to fix if I needed transportation, but they didn't. I was told the work would take 1 week not 3 weeks. It's not my problem they are short handed because they had to fire someone, which the Service Manager informed me as an excuse for the delay in my vehicle being completed in a time manner. Juan is wonderful. He wasn’t pushy, he showed us the vehicles that we wanted to look at. Once we picked a vehicle, he went over everything in the truck. Explaining all the options and not pushing us to pick anything. I would definitely recommend that dealership, and Juan and Jim were the best! More
