Sold us a used EV but when we realized the charging cord was not in the vehicle, they didn’t want to even split the cost to by a new one. They could even top off the battery before we left. Customers are pushed to make appointments on line. Apparently, the business has not used their own apps. From a computer, the web page is blocked by chat, when closed it is then blocked by a map with Apparently, the business has not used their own apps.
