I service my car here because it's close to home. Service here is average at best. Couple of weeks ago i go in for a routine oil change on my 2010 focus (bought elsewhere). Checked my car in, waited while work was done and pay. While waiting for car to come out someone impressed me. A guy nicely dressed in a suit (can't remember name) approaches me and ask if someone was helping me. I tell him that i'm waiting for my car. Then he ask how my experience was so far and what he could do to improve it. The manner in which he asked and listened to me was what impressed me. I could tell that he was some type of manager of the store by his professionalism and his demeanor. He even went as far to take notes in his phone. In conclusion, he thanked me for being a loyal customer and for the valued recommendations. I left the dealership feeling that my concerns mattered. Never before at this or other dealerships has a single person made me feel important like this. It always felt like they wanted my money and my job was to keep it. Kudos to Ford of Montebello for the unusual nice experience. I hope my next service with you guys is as pleasant. More
I purchased my 2012 F150 ecoboost at Ford of Montebello, although Kenny was outstanding in the sale matter..the service department is the worst ever.1st time my truck was service which was to install wheel although Kenny was outstanding in the sale matter..the service department is the worst ever.1st time my truck was service which was to install wheel whell liners..bolts were loose..2nd time which was my 1st oil change the mechanic left oil hand prints on the hood and grill...my last visit..oil on the head rest, drivers seat, center arm rest..I just do not understand the unprofessional employees there..they apologize everytime..I even spoke with the sons owner James same thing sorry yet really unconcern for his employees lack of concern work habits..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.....you spend 40,000 plus on a vehicle and they treat it like dirt.. I purchase my car at this so call dealership (Ford of Montebello) I have serviced my car their for the last year and today I go in for service and they decided to remove my alarm system just because they Montebello) I have serviced my car their for the last year and today I go in for service and they decided to remove my alarm system just because they said I had not purchase an alarm system of course after a year how are you going to remember. Just be careful with this dealership two years later they are going to say you didn't purchase wheels or a radio and remove that too. how sad is that. More

The staff at Ford of Montebello were amazing! From the point I was introduced to to my salesmen Kenny Kibanga, to the point I drove off the lot, I was treated as if I was part of the family. Not only did Kenny take great care of me but James Ross Jr. was there for me every step of the way. I have bought several cars over my 30+ years of driving and I have never been treated better. Some dealers claim they are the biggest, but that doesn't make them the best. Ford of Montebello is truly an amazing team that Ford should be very proud of. More
THE SALES GUY WAS GREAT HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY BUT THE OTHER SERVCICE FROM DEALER WAS CRAPPY. I PURCHASED A HONDA ACCORD FROM THEM AND THERE WAS A RECALL ALREADY ON THE ELECTRICAL SWITCHES. ALSO IT NEEDED OTHER SERVCICE FROM DEALER WAS CRAPPY. I PURCHASED A HONDA ACCORD FROM THEM AND THERE WAS A RECALL ALREADY ON THE ELECTRICAL SWITCHES. ALSO IT NEEDED NEW BREAKS WHICH I PAID $168.00 TO GET THEM INSTALLED. I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK TO THEM TO PERFORM SOME WORK ON THE STRUTS WHICH WAS WEARING OFF THE INTERIOR TIRE FROM THE REAR PASSENGER. THEY REPLACE THE STRUTS N TIRE BUT THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO GO DOWN FROM WHERE I LIVE AT TO THE DEALER. THEY DID PROVIDED ME WITH A RENTAL BUT THATS NOT THE POINT. IT WAS A REALLY TIME CONSUMING FOR ME WHICH I SHOULDNT HAVE GONE TRU ESPECIALLY WHEN I JUST GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS... I AM VERY DISSAPOINTERD ON MY PURCHASE. More

I purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion from Kenny in June of 2007. I felt like he was one of the better salespersons I have dealt with. I enjoyed the fact that I went through internet for the reason of not hagg 2007. I felt like he was one of the better salespersons I have dealt with. I had one of the worst customer service experience from this dealership. I called Friday evening for a car and after price and other details, i was promised by dealer to hold/reserve my car to pick up o this dealership. I called Friday evening for a car and after price and other details, i was promised by dealer to hold/reserve my car to pick up on sunday since it was more than 200 miles drive for me. On saturday evening, when i called to check what i needed to bring for paperwork, i was told that the car has been sold to someone else that morning. They said that reserve/hold has no meaning and whoever comes with cash fast, gets the car. I was not even notified and felt cheated and the sales rep/managers were rude and highly unprofessional (i even heard them laughing on the phone over the matter) Stay away from this dealer!! More
