I’m very disappointed with my car-buying experience at BP Ford of Long Beach. I purchased a Ford Transit 150 Cargo on July 20, and the vehicle was delivered on July 21. Today is July 25—five full business Ford of Long Beach. I purchased a Ford Transit 150 Cargo on July 20, and the vehicle was delivered on July 21. Today is July 25—five full business days—and I still have not received a copy of the purchase agreement, any loan documents, or related paperwork. We have already emailed the finance department, called their office, and left messages for the salesperson, but no one has responded. This kind of lack of follow-up is completely irresponsible and unacceptable for any dealership. I just want someone to take ownership and resolve this issue. I’m extremely disappointed More
January 2024 we purchased a used truck. Included in the sales agreement included all weather mats for the front and rear of the vehicle. Over a year later and we have yet to receive a return call. No mats received to date. The receptionist can never transfer the call to the General Manager. Something about their system being down. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. F rating. I should of checked there first. They do not respond to issues presented to BBB. Steer clear!!!! More
Change in ownership hasn’t done much for their communication efforts. Have a car that’s been sitting there for nearly nine months now and you’d think I was asking for trade secrets when I try to g communication efforts. I really feel screwed by u guys. I was told that he retired only to find out he got sick. I was lied to n very much over charged. U have lost my business. The 2 salesmen who lied to me way over charged me on their commissions. Am very angry n feel like a fool. I could have gone to any other car place where could have paid cash. Instead because of Ron I came back only to b lied to by the ones who should have had their colligues back. If u can’t trust the people working with u… why do u need me More

Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived on the lot. We were greeted by the most friendly salesperson, helped immediately by the manger, Kam and the financing department was also ki arrived on the lot. We were greeted by the most friendly salesperson, helped immediately by the manger, Kam and the financing department was also kind and helpful. Every part of buying this car was fabulous! We were given a fair amount off of the sticker price, no haggling needed and everyone was willing to help all along the way. Since it was a one year old car, there were a few things needed such as a small ding removal and only had one key. Worthington Ford had their service department remove the ding and make a new key for us too. Fabulous! I highly recommend this dealership!! More
One of the best auto buying experiences I have had. My Salesperson, Jim Ahmadpour, Santos and the Finance Manager, Elias Marion were fantastic! Jim & Santos ( I hope I am pronouncing his name correctly) s Salesperson, Jim Ahmadpour, Santos and the Finance Manager, Elias Marion were fantastic! Jim & Santos ( I hope I am pronouncing his name correctly) stayed 6hrs after they were off work helping me and making sure I was completely satisfied. Worthington Ford is very fortunate to have these 3 employees. I would definitely recommend your dealership. More
