I bought a used hyundai and had to have an engine replacement after a month after a day or so of in town driving I overheated as there was no fluid in the radiator. For my 2022 Ranger oil change, tire rotation & inspection scheduling was easy & the service was quick and efficient. Other staff were friendly & courteous, including Shelly, who was working near the waiting area. There was a small mix-up with my Reward points, which I utilized for the service. Instead of calling I dropped by the service desk in an attempt to resolve the issue. I had the fortunate opportunity to meet Sales Consultant Brian Charron who promptly resolved my rewards points issue to my satisfaction! Hats off to the staff I have dealt with for my service needs & after the fact issue. Thank You for having well trained & courteous employees on your staff! More
Had a coupon for an oil change ($39. 99) and tire rotation ($50.00). Scheduled an appointment to have this service performed at my home on my 2019 Volvo XC60. When service was complete, technician took the coupon and attached it to his copy of the receipt. Received a phone call from Daniel Mannetti saying that the coupon did not apply to the VIN number associated with my Volvo but that of my Lincoln MKZ. He said that he couldn’t apply the coupon to my Volvo and charged me $152.22. I informed them of the vehicle type and VIN number at the time when I made the appointment. If the coupon did not apply to my vehicle, I should have been informed of that when I made the appointment. Mr. Mannetti said there was nothing he could do to help me and had no problem when I told him I would never bring one of my vehicles to Latham Ford again much less purchase a vehicle from Latham Ford. Prior to this incident, we regularly brought our Lincoln MKZ and MKX to Latham Ford for service. You have lost a customer for good and do not feel comfortable even recommending Latham Ford to friends and family. More
