Well not sure how this was convenient for me. The technician was late and then arrived without proper tools to complete the oil change and tire rotation. I will not use this service again. Absolutely worst dealership and service department I have ever dealt with. Did not purchase vehicle there because staff were so rude purchased vehicle somewhere else. Brought new vehicle there to address rec ever dealt with. Did not purchase vehicle there because staff were so rude purchased vehicle somewhere else. Brought new vehicle there to address recalls and after four days of leaving messages and two missed deadlines (told twice vehicle would be done but app shows vehicle never moved) was informed that the dealer did not have the technical know how to complete the recall and to pick it up and bring it to another dealer. Do not waste your time or energy otherwise you will be without your vehicle or have any status updates for a while. More
