I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. Rob was very helpful and suggested I have both air filters changed. He quoted a price and I agreed. to have the work done. When I received my car there were grease marks on my fabric beige seats on the passenger side. I lets that go, but when I went to put something in the glove box the other day and the glove box would not close. It seems whoever worked on the car didn't bother to put the screw back in that holds the filter cabin door closed. I would expect a little more consideration and attention to detail from a dealer to make sure my seats are kept grease free and everything they take out of the car is placed back the way they found it. This is not the first time something like this happens, the last time they left three lug nuts off one of my wheels. I guess I'll be looking for somewhere else to take my car. More
