I took my truck in for service which I always have over the last 115k miles. I take it to Kendall Ford out of necessity and convenience, not choice. It was for routine service and inspection, oil, brakes tire rotation etc. I also told them my sunroof didn't work and that my check engine light was on. Later that morning I got a text explaining the problem and cost to repair the sunroof. I texted back that I wont repair the sunroof at this time. I was told then that everything was done and I could pick up the truck. I paid, the truck was pulled up. I got in only to find the check engine light still on. I went back and found my service manger Daniel and told him the check engine light was still on. His response " You didn't ask me to check that" ( its in the paperwork "CUSTOMER STATES check engine light on") I was simply flabbergasted. He responded further "I checked it on my own and its your catalytic converter". I asked him if he was going to tell me that information? He sat there dumbfounded and I felt it was best to leave and not allow my anger and frustration to get the best of me. I looked over the paperwork given to me and it referenced, brakes in the future and that I "NEED FRONT RIGHT TIRE (which astonishingly wasn't told to me either) but nothing about my catalytic converter. Einstein's definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Well I'm clearly insane for continuing to take my truck to Ford Kendall for service. More

I had an issue with my wiper are that basically came loose. With the week full rain in the forecast you would think it would be priority plus a safety issue.
