Fantastic service! Alexander Hernandez was extremely helpful. I arrived 10 minutes early and was quickly helped by Mr. Hernandez. Stay away from this dealership's service department. Not only are their techs incompetent, at least when it comes to EVs, but their service advisors are not the most professional either. They will ne Not only are their techs incompetent, at least when it comes to EVs, but their service advisors are not the most professional either. They will never answer the phone, text messages go unanswered for days, till they want you to go pick up your car. Once you go collect your vehicle, they will claim that everything is fixed, but somehow always forget something. Don't expect them to forget to charge you for any unfixed items on your repair order though. Ultimately, if you want them to actually get something fixed, call Ford directly and have them send one of their techs over. Also, if you need a rental for any warranty covered work, expect them to drag their feet until they run out of excuses. Ford pays for that, but I guess it's too much work to process a rental request. Never mind the fact that Ford doesn't do loaners anymore and you have to settle for a crappy rental car. Unfortunately, Lorenzo and Midway Ford are just as bad. Very aggravating to pay over 60k for a Ford vehicle and receive such a subpar service from their dealerships. This will likely be my first and last Ford. More

I had questions regarding my warranty repair due to the fact that a non-Motorcraft part was installed on my Ford Explorer without my consent. The non-Motorcraft part failed after seven months. When I ask the service manager why they would install a non-motocross part on my Ford Explorer he was unable to provide an answer. I returned the next day and I requested a meeting with the general manager, who on first visit with me, brought the service manager and approached me in a very defensive manner and stated that the service manager said that I was a problem. I still have not been informed as to why an after-market part was installed in leu of an available ford part. More
