My car was in for a recall, this was a booked appointment but the parts were not available so I had to wait a day. When that work was completed the rep noted that I still had an airbag light on, I asked th but the parts were not available so I had to wait a day. When that work was completed the rep noted that I still had an airbag light on, I asked them to check this out, this was on Friday afternoon, on Monday I called for a status update at 11.30am, was told someone would call back, no call back received, I called again at 1pm (I noted I needed the car back that day), was told someone would call me back, no call back received, called again at 3.30pm and was told I would be called back. I received a call at 4.30pm and it was clear they were only just starting to look at it even though they had the car 4 days, I said I needed to pick up the car at 6. Came at 6 to pick up the car and the warning light was on and I dont believe anyone had looked at it. Very frustrating. More

I guess I shouldnt be surprised bc all service departments have the same horrible reputation. We called bc of an email we got about the computer in the car needing an update. The person on the phone says just come on in, no appointment needed, it's just an update. When we arrive Brian says it's an hours long process, and we need an appointment but he would try to just put us in, if there was space. Claims the person we spoke to on the phone is their new "AI" system. We leave the car and then call back and ask if they can do an oil change and tire rotation as well since the car has to stay. Brian says ok. Later that day Brian calls and says the car won't be ready for 2 days bc they're closed Sundays. OK. Come Monday, no one calls that the car is ready so we call and they said to go pick it up. We get there and ask if oil and tires were serviced and the response was "ummm I'm not sure." Forgive me for thinking the guy closing out an invoice should know what was done to the car. After he searches it up, he said no oil change or tires were rotated. I'm not sure how hard it is to add services to the car you just took in bc it wasn't very busy, but at the end of the day it's an easy way for them to make money while we get the car serviced. Needless to day, they could give me free oil changes for life and I wouldn't take the car back there till the lease is up. More

Alex Hernandez was very helpful in arranging for me to be in & out in minimal time to have an electric motor replaced for the window on the passenger side.
