Had an issue with the blow off valve still under warranty. Service rep filled out initial form with another issue so that warranty would not cover. I confronted him while he was in the managers office and he took the paper he gave me out of my hands and crumbled it. Little does he know I had taken a picture of it. Very disappointed and will not be going back there again. Little does he know I build cars for a hobby. Shame on him trying to take advantage of the consumer! More
I’ve been going to your dealership with 3 trucks…like 25 years…and my last visit was by far the worst. Despite having your system down by hackers, there was no reason for the lack of communication with me. I brought my 2020 F-150 in for an oil change, replacement of rear sensor and a leaking moonroof. I made an appointment for 7am…I was first in line. At the end of the day, I had no communication with the service dept until I called. I was told it would be kept overnight. The next day I heard nothing until, again, I called after 12. I was told the sensor part would be days away and the sunroof, not under warranty would be $425. I asked if the oil change had been done and the answer was no. What?? A day and a half and the oil was not changed. I came and picked it up and saw that the oil life on the computer/Ford App was reset and a reminder sticker had been placed on my windshield. I checked the oil and it was dirty, so clearly it was not done. I took my truck to Ford of Pensacola and they agreed the oil had not been changed. They blew out the drain lines for the moonroof and charged me nothing but Ford of Kendall wanted $425?! I will never come to this dealership again. More
