My personal experience was horrible with the Service Advisor. I had to reach out to the GM, Steve Smith to get my issue resolved and he did. Brian was no help and showed no interest in helping me get Advisor. I had to reach out to the GM, Steve Smith to get my issue resolved and he did. Brian was no help and showed no interest in helping me get my car fixed in a reasonable time. If you go here, make sure not to get him as your Service Advisor. Steve was amazing and got my car in and out within 48 hours. More
Worst car purchasing and service experience I've ever had! My car is now waiting for a transmission problem to be diagnosed. WITHOUT A SPECIFIC DEADLINE, the dealership claims that it only has one mechanic available, and that the car must remain there in a waiting line for which it is unknown how long it will be. Absurd. They sold me the extended warranty, I bought the more expensive one and it doesn't even cover a spare key, and it says in the report that YES it would be covered if necessary, as the car vendor and the extended warranty vendor told me that YES!! it will be covered!!!! Bad experience with this dealership!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! More
