My car was in your shop for over 30 days and is still not fixed. Very hard to get in touch with the service department. most calls were never answered, very frustrating. The dealer took a week to say nothing is wrong with the car and the recall cannot be fixed until it breaks . We had to constantly follow up to get an update. They claim the car drives great and couldn't re car and the recall cannot be fixed until it breaks . We had to constantly follow up to get an update. They claim the car drives great and couldn't replicate an issue with the engine and/or transmission that occured twice on our 15 minute drive from the dealer. If you need to visit this dealer and you value your time and sanity, save yourself the hassle and just drive to a farther Ford dealer . More
