THE REST OF THE REVIEW... again and get me rental. The trucks steering wheel and alignment were just fine when I dropped it off, and maybe can assume the alignment is good, although I have not been on the expressway traveling at speed to know if that is true, for now just the steering wheel is cocked off to the right and not correct. So is the Service Advisor lazy or incompetent or both. Because in MHO so is the Service Manager. Therefore, I called the Service Advisor back to inform him that not only is the steering wheel crooked and needs to be redone correctly but the air pressure in the new tires were way off as they should be at 35 PSI but were FL=41, FR=39, RL=37 & RR=40… he said I was barred from the dealership too bad. I guess I will have to stop payment on the charge card and see them court! This Ford dealership is the local one to me, I have owned Ford trucks and vans for my firm for decades and the former Professional Service Mgr. named “Will” was just great, we never had any issues, too bad he was transferred to the Lincoln dealer. Have been taking our Ford pickups and vans there for service for a long time. What went right: They had the service done on time, called an Uber driver to take me home and pick me up. Note that they did have the car late afternoon on Tuesday, so they had plenty of time for tires and alignment and for it to be ready by 12:00pm Wednesday, and the truck was washed which was nice. What went wrong: Bad attitude by Service Advisor & Service Manager, charging for same repairs they previously have done but the repair was never correct, and a bad alignment leaving the steering wheel crooked, they could not even get the air pressure correct on brand new top of the line tires!. This service did not go well from the start when I arrived on Tuesday the Service Advisor was not at his station but was told he was at lunch. I waited maybe 5 min. no one arrived, then went back inside and said I did not care which Service Advisor writes this up (they were not that busy at the time) but I was not going to wait until he returns from lunch, then waited outside again a few minutes later the Service Advisor showed up. So much for customer service, they apparently do not come out and greet you any longer.
