This is my second vehicle that I’ve pitched from Ford of Kendall. Both times have been awesome. I am and always will be a repeat customer of Ford of Kendall. During the process of conversing with the online salesman (I live 4 hours away) I requested a few simple maintenance items to be done upon me submitting my deposit to lock in the purchase of the vehicle. When I arrive to the dealer after a 4 hour drive I immediately notice the poor cosmetic condition of the vehicle the salesman failed to be transparent about. Trying to stay open minded we take a test drive and couldn't help but notice on the highway over 65mph the vehicle felt incredibly unstable. Stupid enough AND in dire need of a vehicle to get back to everyday life I buy it anyways. In the midst of driving back home I had several mechanical malfunctions indicators illuminate on my dash. Upon arriving home I pull the air filter out and drain the motor oil and quite frankly both look like they have never been serviced before. (Pictures included on google review) Overall I think this may be the first negative review I have ever wrote in my entire life but I cannot stress enough how important it is to not do business with these people. Worst car purchasing and service experience I've ever had! My car is now waiting for a transmission problem to be diagnosed. WITHOUT A SPECIFIC DEADLINE, the dealership claims that it only has one mechan had! My car is now waiting for a transmission problem to be diagnosed. WITHOUT A SPECIFIC DEADLINE, the dealership claims that it only has one mechanic available, and that the car must remain there in a waiting line for which it is unknown how long it will be. Absurd. They sold me the extended warranty, I bought the more expensive one and it doesn't even cover a spare key, and it says in the report that YES it would be covered if necessary, as the car vendor and the extended warranty vendor told me that YES!! it will be covered!!!! Bad experience with this dealership!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! More
