I just want to say that a few days after I took my 2023 Ford Raptor for oil change Service Advicer Daniel and service manager Juan are just the best. I just want to say that a few days after I took my 2023 Ford Raptor for oil change and rotation of tires, I had problems with the truck. Took it back in and it was the wiper motor and another part that needed to be changed. Guess what again my service Advicer Daniel and Juan just took care of the problem, the mechanic did a great job. When I started my journey to change my car (a Ford too), my first fear was about the attention, I needed to be confident about my seller and dealer, some times is a little hard for a single woman to be goin my first fear was about the attention, I needed to be confident about my seller and dealer, some times is a little hard for a single woman to be going a dealer when you know only a few things of cars and logistic to change one, sorry I am a doctor, usually I don't have enough time so I need to be confident of my people and place my focus in my productive time, in this point Ford Kendall , Alex Garrido and Julio Lafaurie were fundamental for me. Gregory was very friendly and attentive however, he couldn’t answer some of my questions correctly. And wasn’t understanding what I was looking for in terms of negotiations. He did have the wherewithal to bring Paul into it who clearly explained why the numbers are what they are and worked with us on a way to get us in the car I wanted at a price we found reasonable. Not trying to say anything negative about Gregory but he could use some more tutelage about what is possible on leases in order to help get customer closer to the numbers they are looking for. It will only help you all in the long run. More
