Horrible experience. I cannot stress enough, stay away. I've left a longer in depth review on google. In a nutshell, April 2022 I purchased a truck from Ford of Kendall. During the process of conversing with the online salesman (I live 4 hours away) I requested a few simple maintenance items to be done upon me submitting my deposit to lock in the purchase of the vehicle. When I arrive to the dealer after a 4 hour drive I immediately notice the poor cosmetic condition of the vehicle the salesman failed to be transparent about. Trying to stay open minded we take a test drive and couldn't help but notice on the highway over 65mph the vehicle felt incredibly unstable. Stupid enough AND in dire need of a vehicle to get back to everyday life I buy it anyways. In the midst of driving back home I had several mechanical malfunctions indicators illuminate on my dash. Upon arriving home I pull the air filter out and drain the motor oil and quite frankly both look like they have never been serviced before. (Pictures included on google review) Overall I think this may be the first negative review I have ever wrote in my entire life but I cannot stress enough how important it is to not do business with these people.
