My car was in your shop for over 30 days and is still not fixed. Very hard to get in touch with the service department. most calls were never answered, very frustrating. The dealer took a week to say nothing is wrong with the car and the recall cannot be fixed until it breaks . We had to constantly follow up to get an update. They claim the car drives great and couldn't re car and the recall cannot be fixed until it breaks . We had to constantly follow up to get an update. Brake job went well but car got backed into in the shop area and dented back bumper. Had to bring it back for Ford to replace the bumper at no cost. This was all handled efficiently but required two return area and dented back bumper. Had to bring it back for Ford to replace the bumper at no cost.
