Great service experience. Ralph always take care of me. One time I was dropping off my car and another service rep came up to me to help me. I told my issue and the ser Ralph always take care of me. I saw Ralph, Ralph fix the issue in less than 5 mins. The service rep makes the difference in Ford of Kendall. I have another Ford less than 7 mins alway but instead I drive to Ralph for his service.
