Everyone is respectful but the process was long. I was dealing with a new guy that work with ford and he was nice. I went to get an oil change for my wife car and end up leaving with a new car. Kyle, was so attentive on each visit made until I decided to commit. Kyle. Billy K and Jeff were phenomenal in courtesy, attention and knowledge of product.
