Great experience as always Tom Coyle has assisted our family with vehicle purchase for some 20 years. He helped our daughter with her first car purchase, helped with ordering my 2004 150, and assisted us in purchasing our 2016 Explorer. The 150 died with 215,000 miles on it [that longevity is a tribute to the Van Drunen service department]. When the 150 died Tom went to work finding an Explorer that met our current towing needs. great dealership Van Drunen Ford has to be the best all around staff of any dealership I've been to. I purchased my first of many vehicles there in 2000. Both new and Van Drunen Ford has to be the best all around staff of any dealership I've been to. I purchased my first of many vehicles there in 2000. Both new and used. The Service dept is friendly, knowledgeable, & attentive. the Sales dept is fair, honest, and most of all not pressing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle or vehicle repairs. Ask for Kevin Coyle if your looking for a new vehicle. He's a great guy & always going above & beyond to help. If you stop in make sure you say Hi to the sales manager Bruce Heminger. he's another reason Van Drunen Ford is my dealership of choice. More

Was time for another pick-up Well I decided after years of cars and SUV's it was time for a pick-up again. So I searched various dealers to find the one I wanted a F-150 Lariat. T Well I decided after years of cars and SUV's it was time for a pick-up again. So I searched various dealers to find the one I wanted a F-150 Lariat. This was fully loaded. I saw their internet price and with Ford incentives it was a good price. So I called over there and ended up getting Bruce Hemminger the General Manager I asked if it was still available and it was I said I would be over the next morning. I did and I was turned over to the Salesman Tom Coyle. The price was as advertised and even include one incentive I was not sure I would get. The trade in price was fair. Tom also handled the financing which was with Ford at 2.9. Everything went smooth and fast. The car washer did a great job it was super shiny. So this is a place I would gladly go again although I may be moving to TN soon. Thanks to all. More

Customer Service We brought our 2012 Focus in because our Sync display screen was not working. It was a tricky repair so the General Manager, Bruce, hooked us up with We brought our 2012 Focus in because our Sync display screen was not working. It was a tricky repair so the General Manager, Bruce, hooked us up with a loaner vehicle for a couple days. Bruce couldn't have been nicer or more professional. It ended up being a tricky repair but Bruce saved the day. On a separate note, we have purchased several cars from Van Drunen and have referred them to family and friends. If you are looking for a great used car experience, see Ken Crowe. He is fantastic. Between Ken and Bruce you cannot go wrong. More
