Don't buy a Certified Used Car from here. Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from salesman Dave four months ago. Since then, I have had the car in the shop 3 times. The catalytic converter was bad and Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from salesman Dave four months ago. Since then, I have had the car in the shop 3 times. The catalytic converter was bad and had to be replaced. The purge valve was clogged and had to be replaced. Then the fuel injectors were dirty and needed to be cleaned. I was told by another Ford salesman that theses items should have been fixed and/or replaced before becoming a certified used car. Now only having the car for 4 months and 4,000 miles later, I have to replace the tires. Then when you go to the service department, the female behind the desk is very rude. DON'T BUY USED CARS FROM HERE, THERE ARE NOT PROPERLY CHECKED BEFORE BEING SOLD TO A CUSTOMER. THE MULTI POINT INSPECTION IS A JOKE.... More

Happy customer I scheduled an appointment with Shawn a couple weeks back to test drive a Taurus SHO. He welcomed me upon arrival and made the whole first meeting and I scheduled an appointment with Shawn a couple weeks back to test drive a Taurus SHO. He welcomed me upon arrival and made the whole first meeting and interaction very comfortable. We talked about what type of auto I was interested in, what features and key items I needed most, and he openly allowed me to drive other cars on the lot. In short, he didn’t rush me, he asked open-ended questions, and we left things open that day with no pressure or next step. I took time to test other cars and ended up negotiating the deal on the SHO with Bruce (the GM) and Shawn was very diligent about following up to get the deal done. Paperwork and financing were prepared for me this morning when I went back, and my trade-in was seemless. Shawn had me out the door and on my way in an under an hour.
