For over 40 years I have been buying Ford vehicles. Initially because my best friend Dave Embs sold them but I chose to keep returning because I fell in love with the Ford Pickup. From Bob in the body shop, Dave and Penny in the service department, Bruce, Skip, Barb, chances are when walking in you’re calling someone by their first name and get treated like family and top priority. I had given my 2016 Explorer to my son and his family because they needed to trash their old Honda that died on them several times on the interstate. They love the Explorer, so maybe they'll stick with Ford in the future. Years ago I had an Expedition, so I'm gradually downsizing.
