Pleasantly Surprised! Yemm Ford Detail is amazing! I just wanted to say how surprised I was to find a professional detail shop in Galesburg. I stopped in for an oil change and came to find out that my I just wanted to say how surprised I was to find a professional detail shop in Galesburg. I stopped in for an oil change and came to find out that my local Ford Store offers full detail packages! I spoke with Jeff as I was viewing the showroom and he directed me to Nate in the detail department. Nate went and showed me some photos of the work his department has done recently and showed me a few vehicles in house that were recently taken care of. I scheduled mine in immediately and sure enough, my experience was fantastic! Kudos. My car looks just as good as when I bought it off the showroom floor years ago. Thanks Nate More
Good Service! Yemm Ford found a noise that had been present since I purchased my Edge up in the Quad Cities. But the other dealership wasn’t able to solve the noise Yemm Ford found a noise that had been present since I purchased my Edge up in the Quad Cities. But the other dealership wasn’t able to solve the noise problem. Yemm, however, found it and had the part ordered within an hour of my appointment time! Fixed yesterday and I will be back to buy my next car with Yemm! More

Engine misfire Engine was misfiring Service dept. solved the problem with fuel filter change and new spark plugs. Also replaced two faulty coils. They did clean but somethings were missed Overall they did clean but somethings that should have been cleaned were not. I was going on Vacation so took my car to be detailed before we were to Overall they did clean but somethings that should have been cleaned were not. I was going on Vacation so took my car to be detailed before we were to leave. The trunk was not cleaned like it should have been and the middle compartment in my car had not been cleaned at all. There were to spots to open and clean and was not done. I called and someone left them a message for me because they were gone for the day. I had to email them the next day because no one responded back to my message. After my email I got a call back and message but I could not talk at that time due to my job profession. I had no more opportunities to have them make it right because the next day I did not have my car but my daughter did so it could be packed to leave on our vacation. I felt it should have been cleaned right and I wouldn’t had to worry about any of this. More
