Slow and unconcern over recall. Had to learn of available parts from another ford dealer. Checked and was difficult to get answer from service department person. After placing.order was almost 2 weeks getting parts. Had not been able to use car for most of that time. Am still upset and will not consider another. Ford purchase. More
Definitely needs improvement spoke With yemm and scheduled an apt 2 weeks in advance for a transmission repair when I arrived they had never actually booked my apt! Dropped off on a Friday and called Monday morning to check on it to be told they didn’t have the part needed but yet no one called to inform me! Had asked if they could kindly check a tire for a hole as I kept looking air was told they looked at it and couldn’t locate a hole anywhere! Was then informed that my battery was shot that it had a dead cell and wanted me to purchase one from them for $120 plus an install fee which I politely declined! I later had my tire checked elsewhere to be told there was indeed a nail on my tire also had battery checked and was told my battery was perfectly fine! More

2013 Ford Escape I gave them that rating because once the job was done it does appear to be working. It started in Jan 2018 and after several trips the work was comp I gave them that rating because once the job was done it does appear to be working. It started in Jan 2018 and after several trips the work was completed after being in the workshop 1 mo, two wks, minus one day. The employees were all very polite and positive. They also provided me with a nice vehicle to drive. More

Poor service I have been experiencing this dealership since before it was Yemm. I originally started my experience with this building when it was Lakis. The qualit I have been experiencing this dealership since before it was Yemm. I originally started my experience with this building when it was Lakis. The quality of customer experience has drastically gone down. I have a relative that works as a salesman at Yemm Ford of Galesburg(where my vehicle is being worked on) which would make someone think that I would be taken seriously and treated more professionally. But no, my vehicle was taken in for a calaper, one set of break pads, one rotor and the exhaust manifold in need of being replaced. My warranty is covering most of it. It was brought in for the calaper originally since they had replaced the wrong one in the first place. They found the exhaust manifold wasn't good after a salesman had recommended they look at it as I had brought my vehicle in for that to be looked at many times but the people in the shop failed to look at it. The guy I normally have work on my vehicle has been very busy lately since everybody wants him to work on their vehicles so I have to have anyone with free time to look at mine. My final complaint is that I haven't had my vehicle for over a month and a half now. At least a week and a half is because the shop guys forgot to order the parts for my exhaust manifold. I will say I am greatful that the other salesmen are great about making sure I have a decent loaner until my vehicle is done. More
