Air bag recall Overall my experience was good. The only problem I had was that the airbag light came on after they replaced the system in the front due to a recall. Overall my experience was good. Recently had oil chg on our Edge & recall on truck. Ryan went above & beyond. Yemm’s phone service was out so he used his own cell phone to leave a message saying our parts were in for our (2) recalls Ryan went above & beyond. Yemm’s phone service was out so he used his own cell phone to leave a message saying our parts were in for our (2) recalls on our truck and for us to call him back. By doing this we were able to schedule our appointment quickly. We have always been pleased with how easily we can schedule routine oil changes also. Everyone seems very friendly. More
